Due to the recent epidemic outbreak, in order to enhance social distance and ensure our customers and staffs’ safety, our delivery service adjust as follow: if the selected order is located at severely affected area of COVID-19, our courier would deliver the orders at the downstairs of the building. We will call you before the delivery.
Remark:
- Delivery Service is available for Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. At this stage, we regret that we do not deliver to Stanley, Mid-levels, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Lantau and all outlying islands. If your delivery address is Sai Kung( Remote Area), please check with our customer service department before placing the order.
- Delivery service is not available at address which are not accessible by elevator. If no elevator service is available at the premises, we won't deliver upstairs except the ground floor.
- The delivery staff will not wait for 15 minutes or longer for each shipment.
- Shipment can be made to only one address per order. For shipment to more than one address, an order must be placed for each destination.
- The deliveries will be suspended under severe weather conditions, such as when black rainstorm signal is in effect or typhoon signal No.8 is hoisted. Our customer service will contact you asap to re-arrange for another time.
- Our staffs will contact the customer to confirm the time and date of the delivery after 5pm the day before delivery. (Delivery time depends on order quantity)
Delivery Destinations Arrangement*:
- Hong Kong Island: Every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
- Kowloon: Every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday (including Tseung Kwan O)
- New Territories: Every Wednesday, Friday
*Delivery will be rearranged due the Public Holiday*.
All products purchased at Batata Greens eSHOP cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions for exchange will be allowed for defective products only.
To cancel an order, the customer will be subjected to Cancellation Fee by Paypal, Talful Limited and Batata Greens Veggie eSHOP is not responsible for this.
